Your complete satisfaction with our products and services is our aim. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services please write to myself at the address below giving the reasons for your dissatisfaction and if valid a full refund will be given. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product purchase please return it at your own cost within one month of the purchase date to myself at the address below giving the reasons for your dissatisfaction and if valid a full refund will be given. In the respect of the product being faulty, the cost of product and the returning of the goods will be refunded.
